The Creative Identity and its Relationship with Positive Personality among Intermediate Stage Students

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the correlational relationship between personal creative identity and positive personality among intermediate stage students. The researcher used the personal creative identity scale, which consists of (21) items across three domains, and the positive personality scale, which consists of (42) items across four domains. The psychometric properties of both scales were verified, and the results were reached using appropriate statistical methods. The sample size of the research was (355) individuals, and the study reached the following results:

1- The sample of the research has a weak possession of positive personal identity.
2- The sample of the research enjoys a positive personality.
3- There are no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (male-female) in the variables of creative personal identity and positive personality.
4- There is a significant positive relationship between creative personal identity and positive personality.
