Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the influential factors of middle school students’ dropout and failures in the Saudi Kingdom. The study utilized the descriptive approach based on the existing research and literature. The study revealed that there are various school related factors and social related factors affect students’ dropout and failures, such as succeeding absents, negative forecast perspectives toward academic future, not fulfilling students’ desired in courses, and lack of time management skills among students.
