Knowledge Management and Its Impact on the Quality of Strategic Decisions
Abstract
Since we live in this accelerating reality and the high competition between organizations and institutions, it was necessary for any organization to improve its performance by introducing and using modern technologies in order to excel in the quality of regular performance through the use of the effect of knowledge management. Our research was in this field, and after studying the results of the questionnaires, we found the following:
The knowledge management variable has a direct and dangerous impact on the quality of the decision taken, meaning that when knowledge management is equal to zero, the quality of the decision taken will not be less than this value. Institutions and organizations must know the importance of knowledge management in terms of field and professional experience, collecting and analyzing information, leading to a conclusion using modern technical programs and an accurate information base through which business can proceed and problems accurately.
There must be a dimension of knowledge production in institutions and organizations, and this means that working individuals have high efficiency through specialized training courses and the development of knowledge through the discovery of new information.
