Abstract

This scientific study, tagged with (the hadith of the issue of Hind - an analytical study) deals with research and study of an honorable prophetic hadith that deals with issues that affect all individuals in the Muslim community, where it gives the legal ruling on a practical issue in the field of public life, which is the issue of wife alimony and provision of needs. The necessary finances are owed by the husband towards the life partner, as the Sharia obligates the husband to provide all the financial requirements for his wife who lives next to him, and at the same time this Sharia forbids the wife to extend her hand to her husband’s money without the prior permission of the husband, while we find in The hadith of the door is a statement allowing the wife to take from her husband’s money as much as it suffices her if the husband does not give her all the financial rights imposed on him. ; Therefore, the first topic of the research comes to study the hadith as a comprehensive modern study based on the mothers of the approved references in the field of modern studies, then the second topic comes to shed scientific light on the hadith and is studied by an analytical study with the aim of reaching the true goals of this prophetic text.
