The Degree of Practicing Hail’s Public Secondary Schools Administrators to Knowledge Management from their Perspective

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing knowledge management of hail’s public secondary school administrators in KSA. The community of the study consisted of (197) (male/female) hail’s public secondary school administrators while the study sample consisted of (156) male/female) hail’s public secondary school administrators.
The researcher built the study tool to ensure the achievement of the study aims, which consisted of (30) paragraphs, distributed over five dimensions.
The study results: -
- the degree of the degree of practicing knowledge management of hail’s public secondary school administrators was medium
- There were statistically significant differences between (male and female) administrators in the degree of practicing knowledge management in favor of female in:
- knowledge storage and knowledge application,
- The overall degree.
- The study results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in female) administrators in the degree of a due to the study variables (educational qualification and experience).
The study Recommendations:
- Designs workshops, conferences and seminars about the concept of knowledge management and its operations for all educational institutions.
- Participate the school administrators in training & workshops aims to developing them.
- Forming committees in secondary schools and defining their roles and responsibilities in implementing knowledge management processes.
