Family Empowerment in the Field of Childhood Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder - The Center for the brotherhood of love as a model-

Abstract

 The research tagged (family empowerment in the field of childhood disorders and autism spectrum disorder in the Brotherhood of Love Center as a model) expresses the importance of empowering and rehabilitating the family and society in the field of childhood disorders and autism spectrum disorder. In order for them to be able to early detection of these disorders and overcome the difficulties of diagnosis and obstacles to the rehabilitation of children, hence our choice of title and topic for the current research and in pursuit of its objectives of: -

 1- Identify the difficulties of family empowerment associated with the characteristics of the autistic child.

2- Empowering the family with all scientific developments and programs related to the disorder that enhance ways of rehabilitation, coexistence and dealing with the child with the disorder.

The above objectives have been formulated after identifying the problem and importance of the research, as part of the theoretical framework where the challenges faced by the family before and after diagnosis were explained to express the research problem and its importance in detail. As well as methods of family empowerment in the face of difficulties associated with the characteristics of the autistic child, and the field side included details of the exploratory field visit to the center - the Center of the brotherhood of love - Rusafa - and to identify the organizational structure of the center. And to see the training programs for both mother and child, as well as the mechanism of work of the center and the services provided in it and what distinguishes it from the rest of the rehabilitation centers, and what are the strategic plans that seek to achieve,

1-The success of the rehabilitation process of children lies in empowering the mother in particular and the family in general and providing them with adequate information about the disorder and ways to coexist and deal with it.

2- The mother is the best specialist and the main supporter in the process of rehabilitation and success of the programs provided to the child.

3-Raising community awareness of the characteristics and characteristics of children with autism spectrum disorder in order to early detection of suspected cases.

 4-Neutralize our desires for quick and easy treatment results to avoid falling into the trap of fake treatment methods.
