The Impact of Implementing We Care Program on Controlling Student s’ Behavior for C3 Students in United Arab Emirates - Dubai - from the Teachers’ point of view

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of teachers' commitment to applying the student behavior regulations, while the study sample consisted of (30) teachers and (530) students from a third cycle school in the Emirate of Dubai. The researcher used the quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches.  A questionnaire was also designed as a data collection tool and it was composed of (32) paragraphs distributed on four axes: (social factors), (economic factors), (subjective factors), (negative digital influences on behavior), and interviews were conducted with the supervising teachers; This is to find out the extent of the impact of applying the Student Conduct Regulations on students’ discipline and commitment. The results of the study showed that teachers’ employment of the Student Conduct Regulations contributed to improving students’ discipline and commitment and decreasing the number of behavioral violations in the school. At the end of the study, recommendations were made, including Expanding the field of study to include a wider scope of students from different ages and various educational stages, and studying the relationship between controlling student behavior and applying student care programs, and conducting a training program that includes school leaders and educational staff on the application of student behavior regulations, and holding scientific seminars and training courses by the Education Foundation to train The educational field on the mechanism of applying the digital program “We Care” by the competent committees to put it into practice.
